you through the journey.

2. What class should I try?

It is a good idea to try different classes to get an idea of the style of yoga and understand
which is right for you. Warm Flow tends to be the more physically demanding, while
Beginner Yoga, Balanced Body, Chair Yoga, and Face yoga as well.

3. Do I need to be flexible for yoga?

It is a misunderstanding that you have to be flexible or strong to do yoga. We work on
many levels including the body, the breath, and the mind in every class. You will find
yourself becoming more flexible and strong as you continue to practice yoga.

4. Did you help for weightloss?

Yes, when combined with other factors like reduced stress, mindful eating and physical
activity, it is extremely impactful. It takes time, but progress is sustained, healthy and
for the long-term.

5. How often should I do yoga?

There isn’t a set number of times per week you should do yoga, and a factor that
determines your frequency is how long you’ve been practicing.

6. I have an recent surgery or injury that could adversely affect my practice. What should i do?

Many people practice yoga as a way to manage their health conditions. There are many
different types of classes which suit different health needs and can also be adapted and
modified for injuries. However, if you have a medical condition or injury and haven’t
practiced yoga before, we recommend that you speak to an experienced yoga teacher
(or physical therapist with knowledge of yoga) to get advice about any poses or
movements you need to avoid. Our therapist will advise you the best practices
after the assessment.
