"I attended a free pregnancy yoga class at Samudra Yoga, and it was a valuable experience.
The class focused on the key elements of prenatal yoga - stretching, strengthening, breathwork, and mindfulness.
The instructor was extremely knowledgeable.
We worked on poses and techniques to increase pelvic floor strength, improve flexibility, and manage common pregnancy discomforts.
The sound healing at the end was especially relaxing and restorative."

JACKIE P
I was very lucky to have been offered a free prenatal yoga workshop at Samudra Yoga Studio. They were very accommodating and responsive on WhatsApp.
The workshop itself was excellent—I left feeling very relaxed. Both instructors were very good at teaching some breathing techniques and gentle exercises for labor.
The sound healing was a new experience for me. It was very relaxing, and I felt a lot of fetal activity in response to the vibrations and sound; it felt really special to connect this way with the womb.
Highly recommend for any pregnant ladies!

Many people practice yoga as a way to manage their health conditions. There are many
different types of classes which suit different health needs and can also be adapted and
modified for injuries. However, if you have a medical condition or injury and haven’t

movements you need to avoid. Our therapist will advise you the best practices
