Meditations We Provide:

1. Chakra Meditation
Chakra meditation is a practice that focuses on activating and balancing the body’s seven main energy centers, or chakras. Each chakra corresponds to different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life. Practitioners use visualization, color, sound, or breathing to align these centers. This helps remove energy blockages and promotes overall well-being. It can increase inner harmony and emotional stability.

2. Trataka Meditation
Trataka involves steady gazing at a fixed point or candle flame without blinking. This ancient technique improves concentration, mental clarity, and strengthens the eyes. Over time, it helps calm the mind and sharpen intuitive abilities. Trataka is great for those who struggle with overthinking or lack of focus. It’s also known to activate the third eye chakra.

3. Om Meditation
This practice centers around chanting or meditating on the sacred sound “Om,” which represents the vibration of the universe. The sound helps slow the mind, calm the breath, and deepen spiritual connection. It’s known to reduce stress and anxiety while promoting inner peace. The repetitive chanting creates vibrations that harmonize the body and mind. Om meditation is deeply grounding and powerful.

4. Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a guided form of deep relaxation, also called yogic sleep. Practitioners enter a state between waking and sleeping, where the body rests but the mind stays aware. This state can release deep tension, improve sleep quality, and help with emotional healing. It’s highly therapeutic for stress, trauma, and fatigue. Even 30 minutes can feel like hours of restful sleep.

5. Chidakasha Meditation
Chidakasha means “space of consciousness” and this meditation focuses on the area between the eyebrows. It encourages visualization and awareness of inner mental space. This technique helps in discovering subconscious patterns and clearing mental clutter. It’s a powerful tool for creativity and self-exploration. Regular practice sharpens focus and enhances dream awareness.

6. Hridayaasha Meditation
This heart-centered meditation cultivates a deep connection with one’s emotional and spiritual heart. Practitioners focus on feelings of love, compassion, and openness. It’s particularly helpful for emotional healing and deepening relationships. The practice fosters inner stillness and connection to divine energy. It often leads to a profound sense of peace and inner joy.

7. Sound Healing Meditation
Sound healing uses vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, or chimes to bring the body into balance. The sound waves soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and align the chakras. This form of meditation supports physical healing and emotional release. It’s beneficial during pregnancy and other sensitive times. Each sound frequency resonates with specific parts of the body.

8. Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation trains the mind to focus fully on the present moment without judgment. It involves observing thoughts, feelings, and sensations as they arise. This helps reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and improve emotional health. It’s widely practiced for its mental health benefits and simplicity. Mindfulness strengthens the mind’s ability to respond rather than react.

9. Zen Meditation (Zazen)
Zazen is a seated form of meditation rooted in Zen Buddhism. It emphasizes posture, breath, and a quiet, alert state of mind. Practitioners observe their thoughts without attachment, returning to the breath. This builds discipline, patience, and inner peace. The simplicity of Zazen brings depth over time and leads to profound insight and awareness.

10. Mantra Meditation
Mantra meditation involves repeating a word, phrase, or sound (like “Om” or “So Hum”) to anchor the mind. The vibrations from the mantra help calm mental chatter and deepen focus. Over time, this creates a meditative rhythm that supports healing and spiritual growth. It’s used in many traditions for transformation. The repetition rewires the subconscious with positive energy.

11. PET Meditation (Preksha Eye Training)
PET meditation is a part of Jain spiritual practices and involves focused gazing combined with introspection. The method helps train the senses and sharpen inner perception. It’s used to develop patience, attention, and self-awareness. This technique enhances visual clarity and mental discipline. It’s especially helpful for calming hyperactivity and mental restlessness.

12. SMET Meditation (Self-Management of Excessive Tension)
SMET is a yoga-based method developed to manage stress and promote emotional well-being. It combines breathing techniques, relaxation, and gentle awareness. The practice helps release physical tension and mental overload. It’s ideal for managing daily stress and burnout. Regular sessions can improve heart rate, blood pressure, and mood regulation.

13. MSRT Meditation (Mind Sound Resonance Technique)
MSRT uses the repetition of specific sounds and mantras to create healing vibrations throughout the body. The resonance calms the brain, relieves anxiety, and improves mental clarity. It blends yogic science with sound therapy. This technique is backed by research for its stress-relieving benefits. It’s often used in wellness centers and hospitals for holistic healing
